Contact
The first step comes from you making contact with us. You can call us ( 07788849745 ) or contact us directly through our website to start your journey.
Job Coach Interview
Once we have your details on our system we will arrange an interview at our offices with one of our trusted job coaches. In this session we will get a sense about who you are, what your aims are and goals for work. This will help us build a personal development plan to start your new career.
Finding a job / Support with self employment
Depending on your career goals we will always try find a position best suited for you. Some people wish to start their own businesses, if this is something you want to consider then we can support you each step of the way.
Your Details
One of our customer admin specialists, will greet you on the phone and ask a series of questions in relation to your personal details. this doesn't usually take longer than 15 minutes. Please have details such as your National Insurance number, full name, date of birth and contact number ready as well as your address.
Assessing your needs
As part of your customer journey we need to understand (you.) This means disclosing any disabilities you may have, dietary, or special requirements such as mobility, speech or visual impairments.
Access To Work
​Access to Work is a government scheme that provides grants to help people with disabilities, health conditions, or mental health issues start or stay in work. It offers financial support for practical adjustments and support needed to do a job effectively.
Specialist equipment
As part of the access to work scheme, specialist equipment such as ergonomic chairs and work wear such as, height adjustable desks can be beneficial for the user suffering from chronic to mild back pain or injuries.
Your CV / Personal Profile
If you do not have an up to date CV we can create you a new one. One of our team members will take some details from you and build you a fresh modern CV ready to impress employers you approach with our support.
Training courses
Training courses for individuals offer numerous benefits that can enhance both individual performance and organisational success. These benefits include improved worker morale, as you the employee are more likely to feel that we are invested in your development, leading to increased productivity and eliminating skill gap knowledge.
Assigning your Job Coach
At Hiyed CIC we focus on centring your needs and skill sets, to partner with one of our specialised job coaches, who are best suited to your area of work. Partnering the right job coach to our clients is the foundation to building success.
Job Interviews / Business Plans
If you require support to an interview we can also provide this as well as do pre interview preparation, ensuring you are well preparing before meeting with employers.

If you require support with a business plan, we can help build your business plan, goals and prepare for potential funding to get you off the ground.
Supported Employment
This approach involves providing personalized support to individuals to help them find and maintain jobs in competitive work environments. Supported employment services can include one-to-one support tailored to the individual's needs, assistance in integrating into the workplace, and training for both the individual and the employer.
What Happens Next?
Once you are successfully placed into a job role position or have established yourself and your new business, we will review your circumstances and assess what things are going well, what is not going so well and what we can do better to support you. We understand that the first six months is a crucial period for anyone. With our support in place we will be available to support you how you can each step of the way.
