I have a wealth of experience, a natural ability to connect with people and an unwavering commitment to put the customer first ensuring our service remains personal, responsive and thoughtful.
Before joining Hiyed I spent 17 years with the NHS where I honed my skills in empathy, communication and efficiency – values that still underpin my approach today. Since moving into the private sector I have brought the same ethos into all aspects of my work within Hiyed. I now lead the admin team, customer service and general office alongside mentoring our customer service apprentices.
Outside of Hiyed I enjoy the quieter life and balance of spending time with my family, horse and lively Jack Russell terrier.
