I am Charlotte, a Senior Job Coach with a strong passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential. I’m known for my kind, supportive approach and my commitment to making sure every individual I work with feels valued, empowered, and understood.

I’m motivated by helping people grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve meaningful long‑term outcomes. My favourite part of the job is watching people realise their strengths and succeed in environments they once felt unsure about.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, who keep me busy with lots of activities like football and running.
