"Our mission is to create great opportunities that remove barriers to employment for adults with learning difficulties, mental health difficulties, autism and other health conditions that may impact working life."

HIYED 12 months on from Launch
In just 12 months since launch, Hiyed CIC has helped over 100 people - many facing barriers to employment - to secure jobs and build brighter futures.
Founded by Tracy Fee, a former NHS mental health nurse turned social entrepreneur, the organisation provides hands-on, tailored support to help people with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and other barriers to finding meaningful work.

Oliver McGowan Training
Hiyed has successfully established, nine fully newly trained tier two, Oliver McGowan trainers. Students who completed the tier two training are now working across the UK delivering this specialist training on a face to face basis. You can read more about the Oliver McGowan training below.

Chronicle LIVE - Hiyed
A woman from Bishop Auckland has set up an organisation supporting people who face barriers to work, after being diagnosed with autism later in life.
Hiyed CIC has so far helped more than 100 people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and various other challenges find and secure work in its first 12 months, since its launch in November 2023.

Teamwork At Hiyed
Hiyed CIC does not just invest in its community but its staff's well-being. The team took to the woods for a day of bush craft and team exercises and even brought some clients along too!
As a team that closely works together with the same goal in mind, our staff & client well-being is paramount.
