Customer Service Lead
Before joining Hiyed I spent 17 years with the NHS where I honed my skills in empathy, communication and efficiency – values that still underpin my approach today. Since moving into the private sector I have brought the same ethos into all aspects of my work within Hiyed. I now lead the admin team, customer service and general office alongside mentoring our customer service apprentices.
Mayor's Charity Event 2025
The mayor's charity event at McIntyres was a great experience for members of the Hiyed team. The event was hosted at McIntyres café located in Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland.
Darlington Skills Fair
The Hiyed team travelled to Darlington skills fair to set up stall and spend the day engaging with people from the area. Hiyed staff Jordan and Jaide loved being out in the field and representing us!
NEEN Event 2025
Team Hiyed took to the NEEN (North East Employers Network) event this month representing the company was the founding team as well as clients and staff. A special thank you to everyone who attended and who joined us at this spectacular occasion.
North East Mayor
Team Hiyed met with the North East mayor this month Kim McGuinness. Kim has been helping to spread the word about the amazing work that we do at team Hiyed.

Staff Well-being
The month of June is bringing singing into the HIYED Headquarters initialising the first staff well-being event delivered by Chris from the Rise Up Project. Promoting positive mental health, reducing anxiety and aiding overall collective well-being.

New Staff Member
Jaide started out doing the Oliver Mcgowen Mandory Trainer expert by experience in Autism with HIYED in October 2024. Fast forward to today she has completed an apprenticeship and is now part of the HIYED team.

Networking Events
Networking events and meeting people within our community if one of the ways the team here at Hiyed grows with consistence. Well-Being Walk, Witton Castle
The Hiyed team recently got together to engage in a well-being walk located in the beautiful countryside in Witton-Le-Wear.
We are consistently dedicated to improving and maintaining a healthy mind body and spirit here at Hiyed.
