Business Start up
"Can Hiyed help me start my business & offer any in work support to help me in the early stages?"

YES - Hiyed offers support along the way and can help with some start up costs, equipment you may need to get your business going as well as, in work support with a job coach tailored to your business goals. For example we always try match our job coaches with, the correct clients within, the specialised area's of work that will suit you.
Transport
" I am physically disabled and cannot get to my place of work independantly, can Hiyed support me getting to and from work?"

YES - Hiyed can offer transport to work, If you have an accessibility requirements or require a walking aid or stability aid, we can support you to and from work. If you require transport to work we would ask you to notify us so we can make this reasonable adjustment and support you.

"Once I enquire to Hiyed via your submissions form, how long will it take to get a response? I struggle with anxiety and can be anxious waiting to hear from someone?"

All enquires will be responded to within 72 hours of the day of contact.
Supported Employment
"I really want to work in a supermarket or a shop but I have struggled in the past to cope and can no longer retain a position in work. Is there anything Hiyed can do to help me?

YES - Our supported employment model is designed around tailored in work support and where reasonable adjustmens are needed, to ensure you can retain employment and have support in the areas you require. We enable people with disabilities to achieve sustainable long-term employment and allows businesses to employ & retain valuable workers.
